Really good Hotel Experience

The hotel provided an early check-in, accommodating my early flight. The Ayvansaray Tram stop offered convenient access to Sultan Ahmet with a brief stopover, a useful feature for exploring the area. I particularly appreciated how the staff was able to communicate effectively and was helpful at all times.
There are no restaurants near the hotel, so dining in the hotel is a necessity.

The location was very close to the tram station so very convenient.
I found the room service a bit rude when I asked for water bottles. Nothing was open around the area so buying necessities was difficult. I felt forced to have the hotel breakfast.

I found the staff very polite and helpful . The strong WiFi allowed me to work without interruption. I appreciated the safe and underground car park since I rented a car.
The pillows were not comfortable, I found them a bit too firm.
